Description of the program

Every role in an organisation requires the incumbent to have core competencies relevant to the role in order to perform at the best level an individual can.  The focus is to ensure the competencies are directly relevant to the business needs of the organisation.  These core competencies includes both technical and process knowledge required for the role and behavioural traits that includes leadership and managerial skills in order to be effective in the role.

The Assessment will include face to face interviews, analysis of individuals’ role competency, gap analysis and recommendations on interventions required to close these gaps.

Objectives

By participating in this Competency Assessment you will be able:

  • To see if the connection between the current Job Description and the actual Job Requirements are aligned
  • To identify the actual competency gaps and to what degree
  • To be able to prioritise intervention programmes based on critical needs and business impact
